Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Mahatir Perfumes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Nature

Perfumes are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive products. Once opened or used, they cannot be resold, returned, or exchanged.

2. Final Purchase Decision

The final choice of fragrance is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Mahatir Perfumes shall not be held responsible for personal preferences, skin chemistry differences, or expectation mismatches regarding scent, performance, or longevity.

3. Testers & Sampling Responsibility

Customers are strongly advised to test fragrances using testers offered by Mahatir Perfumes before placing a full-size order.

• Orders placed without prior testing are considered final

• Disliking a fragrance after purchase does not qualify for return or exchange

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will be considered only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged or leaking product upon delivery

• Faulty or tampered packaging

Requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

5. Non-Eligible Claims

The following claims will not be accepted:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Dissatisfaction with fragrance smell or performance

• Partial usage or testing of the bottle

• Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery

6. Condition for Approval

Approved returns or exchanges must meet all of the following:

• Product is unused and unopened

• Original packaging is intact

• Evidence provided is valid and verifiable

7. Inspection & Final Authority

All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection by Mahatir Perfumes.
The final decision rests solely with Mahatir Perfumes and shall be considered binding.

8. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct selection of fragrance, size, quantity, and delivery details before confirming an order.
Mahatir Perfumes is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the courier service, delivery timelines and handling are subject to the courier’s policies. Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

10. Policy Updates

Mahatir Perfumes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will apply to all future orders.
