At Mahatir Perfumes, every fragrance is crafted with care, precision, and passion. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of perfumes, we follow a strict return policy to maintain hygiene standards and product integrity.

Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will only be entertained in the following situations:

• Faulty or damaged delivery (leakage, broken bottle, or visible damage upon arrival)

• Wrong item delivered (different perfume or size than ordered)

• Faulty or tampered packaging at the time of delivery

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that perfumes are NOT eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• If you do not like the fragrance, its performance, or how it smells on your skin

• Change of mind after purchase

• Expectation mismatch regarding notes, strength, longevity, or inspiration

• Partial use or testing of the bottle

👉 The final choice of perfume is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Importance of Testers

To ensure complete satisfaction, Mahatir Perfumes strongly recommends testing fragrances using our testers before placing a full-size order.

• Testers are offered specifically to help you make an informed decision

• If a perfume is ordered without testing, it will NOT be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances related to scent preference

Condition for Approval

• The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition

• Original packaging must be intact

• Claims without proper evidence or beyond the allowed timeframe will not be accepted

Final Decision

All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Mahatir Perfumes.
The final decision rests solely with Mahatir Perfumes, and once approved, replacement or resolution will be provided accordingly.
